Share the login, not the password

Sign in to a website once, in a browser that lives in the cloud. Your team and your agents each get their own window into that account, the website keeps seeing one steady device, and nobody else ever needs the password.

Free for one login. No card needed.

Sharing a login usually sounds like this

Jun, in the team chat
“Can someone paste the ads password again? I think it changed.”

The password now lives in chat history, on every laptop and phone in the team.

Ana, at 23:10
“The site sent the code to Rin’s phone and she’s asleep. Anyone?”

Sign-in codes go to one person’s phone, so the account waits for them.

Sora, working from home
“It says new device and now the account is locked. I only signed in from home.”

Every new laptop, city or network looks like a stranger to the website.

How it works

Setting up takes about as long as signing in.

  1. Sign in once

Open the website in a browser that lives in the cloud and sign in as you always do. It keeps one IP address that never changes.

    203.0.113.48
  2. Invite your team and agents

Each person and agent gets their own window with its own tabs, already signed in. Nobody sees the password.

    3 people and an agent
  3. Codes go to the right phone

When the website asks for a code, its phone owner gets a tap on their phone and everyone carries on.

Everyone gets their own window

Open an identity and you get your own window, with as many tabs as you like. Nobody sees what you’re doing until you choose to share it.

  • Your tabs are private. Share your window when you want a second pair of eyes.
  • Teammates watch a shared window read only, with your cursor and name on it.
  • Taking over asks the driver first. They have 10 seconds to say no.
  • Up to 5 windows per identity at once. When all 5 are open, newcomers watch or wait in line.

The website sees one steady place

Each identity keeps one browser and one IP address for its whole life. Open it from the office, from home or from your phone, and the website sees the same device it saw the day you signed in.

Private
One address for this identity only

Or run identities on your own machine with a node. It connects out over HTTPS, so websites see your own office line.

Codes go to the right phone

Give each identity a phone owner: the person whose phone the website texts, or whose app holds the code. When the website asks, they get a tap, type the code, and whoever was waiting carries on.

  • Each identity can have its own phone owner.
  • A push first, then an email after 2 minutes without an answer.
  • Anyone in the identity can still type a code into their own window.

Who hears about it, in order

  1. Push from the Joinpane appTo Rin’s iPhone, right away.
  2. Email after 2 minutesIf nobody has answered, we email rin@northlight.example too.
  3. Telegram or a webhookIf you turn them on.

Agents, with a person in the loop

Connect any agent over MCP or the HTTP API. It gets its own window, reads pages and presses buttons like a teammate, and never sees a cookie or a password.

  • It asks a person before it publishes, pays, changes settings or deletes anything.
  • Anyone with access can watch it work, pause it or take over.
  • Agents are free and unlimited on paid plans. They use browser hours.

Uploads and downloads in one Drive

When the website downloads a report or an invoice, it lands in Drive for the whole team. Uploads come from Drive or straight from your computer, so nobody emails a 3 GB video around.

  • Downloads can be kept out of Drive for any identity.
  • Files clear out after 30 days, or keep them as long as you need.

Made for teams that already share logins

Creator and channel teams

Editors, uploaders and the person with the phone all work in one channel login. Upload from Drive, check numbers, answer comments.

Agencies running client accounts

Each client’s login lives in its own identity with its own IP. Give staff the clients they work on, and take access away without changing a password.

Support teams sharing an inbox

Everyone works the same help desk login at once, each in their own window, with a record of who did what.

Developers running agents

Give an agent a signed-in browser over MCP or the API, and keep a person on the hook for anything that matters.

Safe to share, by design

Sharing a login used to mean sharing the keys. Here, people get a window into the account and nothing they could take with them.

Nobody holds the password

Passwords go straight to the website. We keep only the signed-in session, encrypted, so your team never needs them.

Roles for every person

Admins run everything, members open and drive what’s shared with them, viewers only watch.

Everything in the audit log

Every sign-in, takeover, download and agent action, with who did it and when.

You’re responsible for following each website’s terms, including whether accounts may be shared. Joinpane never solves human checks or works around a website’s security; a person does that in their own window.

Free for one login

Every plan has unlimited people. Agents are unlimited from Starter. You pay for the logins you share, the hours their browsers run and the IPs they use.

Free

1 login, 20 browser hours a month

Starter

a month, billed yearly3 logins, a team IP, agents and roles

Pro

a month, billed yearly10 logins and 3 private IPs

Questions people ask

More on how sign-ins are stored and who can see what on the .

Will websites see a new device?

No. Each identity runs in one browser that stays put, on one IP address, for as long as you keep it. Whether you open it from your laptop at home or your phone abroad, the website sees the device it saw the day you signed in.

What happens when the website asks for a code?

Its phone owner gets a push from the Joinpane app and types the code in. If nobody answers in 2 minutes we email them too. Anyone in the identity can also type the code into their own window.

Can two people work in the same account at once?

Yes. Up to 5 people or agents can each have their own window in an identity at once, with their own tabs. If two of you open the same page, we tell you, because whoever saves last wins.

What can agents do?

Read pages, click, type and send files from Drive, in a window anyone with access can watch. They ask a person before publishing, paying, changing settings or deleting, and can’t type into password fields unless an admin allows it.

Who can see my password?

Nobody, us included. Passwords go straight to the website and we keep only the signed-in session, encrypted. Your teammates use the account without ever seeing it.
